This software is almost perfect. All the others I've tried are either far too complex, or don't have enough features. However, Hesk 2.3 is missing just one feature that we need before I can convince my boss to go with it. We need it to report
Average Time per Ticket per User.
I found 2 Mods that say they accomplish this, but they don't seem to be compatible with the new version (2.3)...

Would anyone be willing to upgrade either of these mods to be compatible with 2.3?
