I use ccount more than a year now and sometimes I have a ccount undefined error. When I backup the text file, it seems to be solved. However, this week it's the 3 time I had to replace a backup.

Your clickinfo.txt file is probably getting corrupted. You should find and install a script with a MySQL database rather than text one, see viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2071

"You should find and install a script with a MySQL database", that's to difficult for me.

I set all the rights of CCount on 777 on the server, problem seems to be solved now.
Asked the host or 777 is save and he said ít's OK.
