E-mailadres input required for viewing tickets

Hello to all,

Within our company, we are testing with hesk. So far the results seem promising in terms of functionality.

One point of concern however, is the ticket access validation. Is somehow somebody got their hands on the ticket number, they can acces it's content.

Could it be possible to somewhat tightening the security of the ticket by making some more user input (for instance their e-mailadres) required in addition to the ticket string?

Anybody got ant thoughts on this issue, en maybe ideas on how to realize it?
