Multi language categories and articles

Hi All,
I was wondering if there's a way to have my categories and knowledgebase articles in two languages. I have English and Italian installed. Is there a way to edit articles in two language or a way to have articles correctly stored in different subcategories to handle multiple languages?

I was trying to create subcategories but with no luck...

Unfortunately not at the moment, but definitely needed for future.

Storing articles in two different folders would be the best you could do - I would create two main categories, for example:

Code: Select all

Knowledgebase
   |- English
   |- Italiano

And then add all articles/subcategories in the appropriate category.

No, this is still not included in HESK, the old fashioned way is the way to go for now.
