I have found this page

but I'm transferring the script to a new host and have not redirected DNS or imported database yet.

What i would like is an update service along with your latest pay licence when I'm done transferring everything

Where should I contact you for that and what is the price?

You can submit the form at

and just mention in comments that you want an update rather than fresh installation - the fee is same.

The license may be purchased from
https://www.hesk.com/buy.php

If you can I would recommend that you:
1. transfer your website and help desk as it is and test that the new website/helpdesk works fine
2. wait a week or two with the update as a new version of Hesk is going to be released and you won't have to update your help desk twice.
