Cant Add Field

Using lastest software version.

Cannot add a field to the form. I used the custom fields option and had about 10 more customizable fields to use. The new field does not show up after I create it.

If I remember correctly you had me modify your index.php file with manually generated HTML code instead of automatically generated one a while ago? The original index.php file should work fine, but you would loose all custom formatting.

Send me an email with your index.php file and details about the custom field you are trying to add.

I tried the option of placing it below the message and it worked.
