okay so, i wish to edit the submit a ticket from where it says Please use the form below to submit a ticket. Required fields are marked with *

can anyone tell me where to find it?, due to all my ticket emails being sent to the Junk folder i wish to add a note to tell the users to check their junk folder.

All the text used by HESK is located in the "language/en/text.php" file. Open it in Notepad and modify to fit your needs.

You will find some important details about editing the language files in the readme.html file under "Translating Hesk"
