Password Help!

Hi,

I'm running Hesk 2.2 and am experiencing problems with admin login. I'm using Hostgator.

I have uploaded the reset script to the server but this still doesn't reset the password for me.

Please help!

Note that password reset script resets usernamer as well, so you need to login with username "Administrator" and password "admin"

Thank you for replying. I did use both the correct username and password but still didn't work.

Before I login I get the error message saying "Your session has expired, please login using the form below. "

I've cleared the cache but still having problems?

In that case the problem isn't your password, but PHP sessions aren't working on your server.
