Saw some requests, but nothing concrete. Is there an addon for WYSIWYG editor in the HESK knowledgebase? I would really like to not have to attach every word document as an attachment, but have it displayed directly in the KB article.

Thoughts?

I just found ckeditor and saw that someone integrated it into HESK, but no "howto". Anyone have any insight on this?

It will be included in Hesk 2.3 (see below). I can't really say when it will be available though, whenever I give a date something gets in between and delayed...
