Script URL: http://www.asperiti.co.uk/helpdesk
Version of script: 2.2
Hosting company: Island Web Services
URL of phpinfo.php:
URL of session_test.php:
What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution:

Write your message below:

When submitting a test ticket, I always get an email to the poster, but not the notification email to my support address, support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.co.uk, which I have tested and is working. I read the articles about email problems but I can't see why it works for my posters but not for me! I am a new user so I guess I have missed something.

There are 3 possible options:

1. you mistyped the address in the settings/profile
2. the emails get blocked by your spam filter
3. you don't have e-mail notifications enabled for your profile (Admin Panel > Profile > Notifications)
