Hello everyone. This software seems really good and I really like it, however I am wondering how to sort the knowledgebase alphabetically from the sub/categories? Is this possible? It is really messy right now in the order that I added the information. Thanks!

Yes I would love to have this feature in HESK Knowledgebase too.
