Hi,

I am using my installation of Hesk to also provide support of other site's.
But for one site I need a lot of information to upen a useraccount (verification that the user is who he/she says he/she is), these information is all available on the page of the user, so I was hoping to create a link to auto fill the submit ticket form,

Something like this:
domain.com/hesk/index.php?a=add&Name=Testname&Category=3&custom1=USERID:68bytgtiht7jk&lang=nl

Which will fill in the Name, Category, User ID and language,
But I cannot get it to work,
So did anyone else know what I have to do, or something to create a direct link?
