Hotlink in create task

im trying til create at hotlink til at file, that the users need to use to make a new task
i have tried with '<a href="http://intranet.xxxxx.dk/indkoeb/dokument/fil.doc>brug denne fil</a>'
but it don´t work.

it was taken from <a href="http://www.example.com/index.php">Home</a> -

any bright ideas
