Strange e-mail problems

Hi, and thanx for a great script.
However I have a question.
If someone post a new ticket I get an email.
The costumer also gets an email.

However, whenever I post an answer to a ticket I can send 1 mail.
If I try to post a new answer to the same or to another costumer,
the mail won't send.

It seems OK, but when I test this or ask my costumer he hasn't got any mail.

If I try again in a few hours I can send 1 -one- new mail.

Any suggestions ?

Hi,

My guess is this is a problem or restriction on your server, perhaps your hosting company is limiting the number of e-mails being sent out or something else? You should contact the with the problem as Hesk uses the same method to send all e-mails; if it works once, it should work every time.
