I've read other articles about adding a custom field to the ticket list on the main admin screen, however, I can't see anything about doing this on v2.2.
I'm far from a developer and was hoping someone would be able to point me in the right direction with some sample code.
Simply put, all I need to be able to do is add the "custom1" field to the main ticket list as we run a small outsourced IT support helpdesk and we use this field for the company name that the user belomngs to.
