Intermittent "Invalid Request" upon ticket submit

Hello,

Occasionally, when submitting a ticket with a file attached, it will error and say "invalid request". If I try it again with the same file it works fine. It doesn't seem to happen if there isn't a file attached.

Any help/advice is appreciated.

I'm afraid I wasn't able to duplicate the issue - all my tests went without any errors?

I've seen it happen once and had a couple of user complaints about it. It may be someting quirky on our end. I wanted to be sure I hadn't messed up the install or something.
