Hesk - Current Version 2.2
Is there a limit to the amount of canned messages I can create in Hesk? I have over 200 responses already written for my technical support service (sorted alphabetically). Also, has anyone written code to allow file attachments to canned messages? Thanks.

Adding attachments to canned responses isn't supported (yet?).
Theoretically there is no limit, but having 200 canned responses might slow down loading of your ticket pages from the administrator interface (won't effect the customers though).
