What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: view tickets, tickets not assigned to your group

Write your message below: Is there a way that I can have a supervisor able to view their teams tickets, (supervisor is in categoy L2 Supervisor while team is category L1) without the supervisor receiving a copy of each of the new tickets?

I do have "Can view tickets assigned to others" selected, but that only appears to work if they are member of that category.

Unfortunately the only way to do that (without code modifications) is to assign supervisors to the category as well (or give them administrator rights).

What would be hhelpful, would be 2 sets if checkboxes, the first for categories you receive tickets from, as it is now, an the second for categories you are allowed to view tickets from.

We are using Hesk as an internal help desk. All tickets are being created by one department. That department only creates tickets they are unable to resolve on first contact. This group assigns the ticket to a category, but need a way to view the ticket in the event the receive a follow up request.

A well we need supervisors to be able able to their groups messages, again without receiving an email for the tickets created.
