Changing View of Ticket Listings

How do I change the view of the ticket listings? I want to add an additional colum to show who the ticket is assigned to. I was able to do it in the previous version (via some self modifications) but I have not figured out how to do it in the current version.

Is there any takers on this?.... I am currently lost, and not sure how to accomplish this.

Unfortunately such customizations are out of the scope of my support.

I will however look into options to allow staff to choose which fields are displayed in the future though.

Definitely appreceiate the reply. I will report this to my staff here.

Hopefully we can have that as a feature in updated versions. I think that would be a great option to have, when viewing tickets.
