Is it normal that i can't access index.htm? It's in the folders twice, both says permission denied. Does this have something to do with the licensing?

The index.htm file is there to prevent people from browsing subfolders on servers that list folder content for folders with no index files (for example people could browse the attachments folder). It's not an actual error, but the index file itself shows the error message - if you open the index files in a HTML editor you will see it's just simple text that says forbidden.
