Hi,

I installed Hesk 2.2, all seems fine except for the ticket received email, when the recipient clicks on the view ticket link, it takes them to the main page with only text loaded.The following link in the view ticket email for example:

/hesk/index.php/ticket.php?track=8Z6HV5QUWS&Refresh=22376

I deleted the /index.php from the address bar and it goes straight to the ticket, what it suppose to do. How can I fix the link sent in email, help please, anything I need to upload, logs etc?

In your settings remove "/index.php" from the "Help Desk URL".
