Tracking of changes in the ticket

Post by huogas »

Klemen

I just made a demo to a few people working with me and we have a question about the tracking of some changes on some objects like:
  • priority
    person responsible (owner)
    category
Is there a trace left somewhere of these changes (object of the change and who did it ?) ?

If not, is it possible to use the internal note to keep a trace, the system doing automatically the notes ?

Thanks

Gaston

Owner and category changes are logged and can be viewed at the bottom of each ticket (Ticket status history) where as priority changes currently isn't being logged.

Wow! Thank you Klemen. I missed that one.

Is it possible to also track the priority ?

It's a bit tricky (too much to list here), but I will include it in next version.
