User to assign tickets to support staff without loggin in?

Hi,
I am using this system in our company. The customers are employees.
Is it possible to have the user create a ticker without logging in and be able to assign it to a support staff?

No, only the staff may assign tickets. An auto-assign option is planned for the next version that might solve the issue for you.
