Mails to customers ok, none to staff

Post by tee »

Script URL: http://v6y.de/help/
Version of script: 2.2
Hosting company: 1&1
URL of phpinfo.php: http://www.v6y.de/help
URL of session_test.php: http://www.v6y.de/help
What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: mail, browsing

First - GREAT Software!

However in my case it sends confirmation mails to the customer,
but it does not send mails to helpdesk staff to inform them
about the new ticket.

(All check boxes on bottom of staff profiles are checked.
And the mails are not in the spam filter.)

Am I missing something?

Thanks

Check in admin panel if you set correct settings:

Go to:
SETTINGS: >>> General settings

Here you need to fill this:

Website title: [?]
Website URL: [?]
Support e-mail: [?]
Webmaster e-mail: [?]
No reply e-mail: [?]

Hope this will help

Hi,

thanks for the answer, but it was already configured.
It still does not send emails to the admins.

Thanks

If it's sending mail to customers but not to admins it's 100% a server-side issue. Check your server logs, try adding the "Noreply e-mail" to the SPAM filter whitelist etc.
