OS 2003 server using IIS

We have run a backup of the Hesk helpdesk database using mySQL database admin, the database is 715k but we have hundreds of attachments, which indicated that they did not backup due to its small size.

We have been unable to find out how to back up the attachments and everything, any suggestions or hints to push us in the right direction?

Attachments are stored inside the "attachments" folder, check inside your main help desk folder. You can simply backup that entire folder.
