I had to d a restore of my SQL DB because i could not firgure out how to change the tracking ID to include yd:hh:mm:ss. so when i get ready to try the upgrade again i get atabase table hesk_kb_attachments exists on the server, your hesk had already been updated to version 2.2. i went back and verified the table is not in there. any idea how i canget past this. I have tried restoring from a backup from the night before and all looks like it is restored to that time but everytime i try to do the upgrade i get the error.

Are you 101% sure the table is not there? In that case try clearing your browser cache, then close all browser windows and try again.

I put the last Image backup i had on there and was able to update. Thanks for such an awesome script!
