2.2 Admin Interface missing text

I've just installed Hesk 2.2 and now the Admin interface page is missing the titles to the checkboxes under ">>Show tickets" and ">>Find a ticket by"

The Name and Tracking ID title test are missing (just a : with no text in front of it)

There is no "+" sign in the top right corner to start a new ticket by staff either.

Below the "Open Tickets" section I see 2 * (one red, one green) but there is no text next to them to indicate what they are for.

On the Settings Page, there is no selection available under "Default Language". However, when I make a change and click submit, I get an error that says I must select a language.

I assume I missing a step or something didn't install properly, but I don't know where to start looking for the problem.

You probably didn't upload all new Hesk files - make sure you upload everything in the subfolders as well. The obvious thing you are missing is the new "text.php" file located in the "language/en/" folder (you still have the old one).

Make sure you upload ALL Hesk 2.2 files to the server (into the appropriate folders), except those mentioned in the readme.html file (hesk_settings.inc.php, footer.txt and header.txt).

Also, before testing, try clearing your browser cache.
