Hi, I appear to have run into problems early in my installation of Hesk after step 3. I have uploaded it as a directory within my URL and followed the instructions for the Transfer Protocol of the "img" (Binary) and all other files (ASCII).
I followed the instructions for the file permissions.
Step 4 reads, " 4. Open hesk/install in your browser, for example:
http://www.yourdomain.com/hesk/install
(modify the URL to show the HESK install folder on your server)". Unfortunately, it does not. I'm using IE8 and I get the message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage."
As a result I can't get past this step in the installation. Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?
