James, my client, asked me to mod his Hesk installation to include Stats. In his greatness he also asked me to post the mod here.
It includes:
- Total # of Tickets
- Avg # of Tickets Submitted Daily
- Tickets by Category
- Top 10 Users by Tickets
- Tickets by Closing Time in Days
All this can be filtered down by date range.
The only downside is that it doesn't support languages. Other than this it should be quite easy to install by simply overwriting or merging in the 2 "inc "files. The rest of the files do not overwrite anything.
