System emails are all landing in SPAM from customers !

unfortunately, most of my customers don't get my answer. Reason is that almost all emails sended by HESK are landing in the SPAM ordner from my customers !

How to solve that ? I use the common sendmail option - No SMTP configuration.

Perhaps some wording in your French translation triggers SPAM filters. As suggested in my reply to your other topic try translating the e-mails yourself (use different wording as now) and see if that helps.
