Have I missed something? When logging in to the admin section. How come there isn't a create ticket option for the admin.

I've just received an email/phone call etc. Users are lazy by nature. Why not have an option within the screen to create a ticket on their behalf?

For now you will need to use the customer interface to submit a ticket yourself, but the next version should have a way to add them from the admin interface.
