Hi im having a problem logging into the admin section of Hesk, i can create tickets fine and they come through no problem, but i cannot get into the admin section.

I navigate to /admin.php select "Administrator" then "admin" as the password, it then goes to a screen which is processed by our ISP "connection error" if you log in you will see the problem.

Please can you advise, i have tried all the things in the forum to no avail.

I have already tried the session test and that was sucessful.

ah...just ran phpinfo, my mistake me thinks...

PHP Version 4.1.2

Which version do you have now? Note that in PHP 5 MySQL is NOT enabled by default. For installation info see
http://www.php.net/mysql

You should also try with 4.3.13

Yeah sorry dude, my problem. Our RAQ4 server has packages to update various progs like MYSQL and PHP, ive updated PHP but the sock to MYSQL was broken, re-linked it and it works!

Just to reiterate, yes you MUST have PHP 4.3.x for anyone else reading this and are having admin login problems.
