Can Hesk be installed in personal computer for testing? If so what steps do I need to follow (what software I should install)? I'm new to Hesk.

You need to have a working PHP and MySQL installation on your PC (not something we can help with), you can for example use WAMP to install them on Windows:

When you have PHP and MySQL working you should follow Hesk installation instructions in the readme.html file.
