Change IP

Is there a setting that I can change to change the IP, Coz the Ip is stopping me from sending emails! Please help

Not sure what you are trying to do and what does it have with Hesk? IP is set by your ISP (your actual IP) and your host (web site IP) and it's not something that would have effect on how Hesk works.

Iv got a web marshal, it is stopping hesk from sending emails. Hesk is showing the IP from the web marshal and not my computer IP. Is there a way for me to change the IP in hesk?

This is something you should set in your "web marshal" (whatever that is) - on your server, not in Hesk.
