Currently we have two links that say Koolertek Support (refer to picture). The first one, however, just loads our homepage...so basically the first one should be labeled as Home or our store name. Any ideas why it is displaying like this and how to fix it?

Hello,

In the admin panel under "Settings" set "Website title:" to the title of your homepage and "Website URL:" to the URL of your homepage, not the title/URL of HESK.
