I think there should be another part of the ticket system... payments. The admin should be able to set an amount that the client owes for that finished job, then they can see how much they have to pay. Its not like we need a system for them to pay us, just to see how much they own.

Also i would like to see one day additional boxes for the persons, address and phone number also. That would be a big help for contacting them further.

Interesting idea, I noticed the big commercial scripts have this. The custom fields (for address, phone, ...) are also on my "to do" list.

When I say this I always add I cannot give any guarantees if and when this will be available.

P.s.: not that donations are not welcome, but if you need these features fast you would probably be better of with a commercial script. Hesk is a free script, I work on all PHPJunkyard scripts in my free time and cannot provide any professional support or anything what companies selling commercial scripts can.
