I have a queation if the next thing is possible to made in a next update:

- Allow staff to open tickets for clients from within admin
- Making POP and SMTP email possible so that if someone send a email to a adress it can be seen in to hesk and reply with hesk

Both have already been suggested and will be included in future versions. I can't say when though.
