Customise auto emails

Is there anyway for me to alter / customise the text in the emails sent out when a new ticket is submitted? If so, how? I've looked in the settings page and can't see anything obvious.

Any help much appreciated.

In the readme.html file there is a section named "Customize e-mail messages"
