Reformat First and Last Name

I just needed to know how to reformat the first and last name section of the ticket. I wanted to add :

First & Last Name (First & Last Name As It Appears On Order)

If you just want to change the text all the text is located inside the "language/en/text.php" file.

If you want something else please explain better as I can't figure out what you meant.
