Script URL: manually approve or reject any new link wont work

I have several linkman sites but this is the first time i have tryed the manual approval setting..

I get the email but unable to find a new submission or the approval link on my link man site.
If set to YES you will have to manually approve or reject any new link submitted to the link exchange by clicking a link in the e-mail that is sent to you. Links will not appear in your exchange until you approve them.
URL of approve.php Set to the URL address of the approve.php file in your LinkMan folder, for example:
http://www.yourdomain.com/links/approve.php
http://www.smokeyvalleykennel.com/linkman/links.php
What errors if any do you get
you can't just visit
http://www.smokeyvalleykennel.com/linkman/approve.php
that has to have an id hash on it to do anything.
You should see a link in the email you get that allows you to approve or disapprove a users link
