[SOLVED] Timeout when submitting a ticket

I installed hesk on our school intranet (specially to use it in the computer lab). It worked perfectly fine, but then when I click on "Submit a ticket" it just freezes. Nothing happens. I enabled all the error logs availables on php and mysql, and there's not any error.

Any idea?
