Hesk: Security Image does not show until refresh page

The security image on Submit Ticket page does not display on the first time when the page is loaded. However, if the page is refresed, then the image shows correctly as well as for following visits.

I have GD library enabled already.

Please help. Thanks.

Try installing a clean HESK version to
http://www.dealdigs.com/help2
Don't make any modifications, just a clean install (you can use same database table as original Hesk just use different table prefix, for example "hesk2_"). Does it work there?

If yes let me know and we will run some tests on your active Hesk.
