Problems with multi functioning

We have 3 clerks to attend to our daily tickets. However, it now happens that while the one is busy to reply on a ticket then the others are too. This creats chaos. Is there a way to work around it. Is it possible that a flag can go blank while someone is working on it or the ticket flash or something like that.

Next version of Hesk will have an option to assign tickets, this will solve such problems.

For now the only work-around I can recommend is that the first person adds a note (like "I am working on the ticket") so when the next one opens the ticket he sees the note, even if a reply hasn't been submitted yet.
