I'm using the most recent version of the Help Desk software. I tried using the code from before that would limit the person who's entering a ticket to 300 characters, but it didnt work.
I need to know how to make the message field in which people enter the message limited to 250 characters.
Im getting people that are just running on and on in the tickets and also cutting and pasting emails we sent them (forms) that are pages long.
So any help would be appriciated.
