How can a logged in user submit a ticket on behalf of client

Post by sloscheider »

HESK is working perfectly for me - no problem just a user interface question:

I often get phone calls from end users and would like to create a ticket on their behalf. Call me stupid, it's probably obvious but the only way I can see to do it is to log out and then submit the ticket as an unknown and then log back in.

I did check the "Can add tickets to archive" option box in the Features section of my user profile but I didn't see any difference in the user interface.....

It's on the "to do" list. It will probably included in version 2.2 (working on it), but can't give any guarantees or say when it will be out.

Fantastic! This is a nice product - I've found keeping two browsers open, one logged in, one logged out does the trick :)
