upgrading guestbook from v1.0.1

What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution:

Write your message below: Hello, I looked around on the board before posting my question, but could not find the answer. Could you please help me?

I want to upgrade to the newest version of GBook. My website current has "PHP guestbook version 1.0.1." My biggest concern is losing the 75 pages of guestbook entries that are already there. If I upgrade to the latest version, will it delete or overwrite the 75 pages of entries? Thank you!

Hmm, i never used version 1.0.1.

Can you post a link to your website where i can find the guestbook? Than i can see.

Or wait untill Klemen reads this post. As the writer of the script he will probably know.

Greetings,
Henrie
I do not monitor the Gbook forums regularly anymore since I do not use the Gbook script myself anymore for a long time. But it helped me a lot in learning to understand php.

There should be no problems as your posts will remain intact as long as you adhere to the instructions in the readme.htm file, see under Upgrading from previous versions

Follow these instructions exactly and it should work fine. Don't forget to backup your existing files before doing the upgrade.
