Script not suggesting KB articles upon ticket submission

Hello,
I just installed this script. Everything seems to be working fine except for the KB suggestions upon ticket submission. I created a KB article and then submitted a ticket with basically the same information, and it didn't suggest the article. Any help would be appreciated.

I forgot to mention that I do have "yes" checked in the settings for kb article suggestions.

I added more articles to the KB, and it is now suggesting articles upon submitting ticket.

Yes, adding more articles is exactly the solution (as explained here before) because MySQL fulltext search will only return results when the keywords appear in less than 50% of database entries (articles).
