Hi, I really appreciate the Spanish language file--hopefully people from Latin America can still use this.

Am I correct with my thinking that the language is only set by the admin and that people that submit a ticket, won't be able to switch the language themselves? If this is true, my only guess is to create two help desk directories on our server so one can be English and the other can be another language? And somehow just provide a link (or country flag) on the header menu so people who find their language version so they can switch over to the other one according to their language?

It would be really cool if there would be a way to allow users to switch their language preference when submitting a ticket.
