Cant get the Gcounter working

I can't seem to get this counter running at all. I uploaded all the necessary files to the server, chmod to 777 the logs file and everthing else stated in the readme file, but I keep getting nothing. Very fustrating...Help......

It is impossible for that to work, it simply can not be done like that.
