Just wanted to say hi (as a new member to the forums) and thank you for a fantastic script!

I am really looking forward to seeing the new version when it gets released too - judging by some of the posts here it sounds like it just might blow version 2.0 right out of the water

Hi and welcome!

I'm glad you like the script. There's nothing in 2.1 that would blow 2.0 out of the water, just things like article attachments, more custom fields, new custom field type (checkbox), an autologin feature, multiple languages support etc.

I really like what you did with your design, especially the "Crete New Ticket" and "Track Existing Ticket" buttons. Did you design the icons or are they from a set? Either way they look very nice.

I'd hate to be picky but I do have a request; the "Powered by" link mustn't be removed or modified without purchasing a license. It's just that if I let you away with it why not everyone else. Since it still links to HESK website I wouldn't mind if you didn't post a link to your helpdesk here for everyone to see, but now... Thanks!

Hi, glad you like the design :) Always good to have great feedback and from the creator of HESK no less hehe - thanks man :) -- The buttons were found from ye'ol Google and kind of set the idea for the theme I've gone for for the rest of the site.

As for v2.1, well it is sounding really good none the less and I still can't wait to have a play with it when it is released!

Finally, the copyright... Sorry about that - I just thought that as it still linked to you then it would be fine. I have now changed it to reflect the original footer as per the un-altered script and it won't happen again ;)

Again, thanks for the great feedback 8)
